Effective 14 August 2026. These terms govern your use of ooh.babamediagroup.com and any outdoor advertising services booked through Baba Media Group.
Baba Media Group is an outdoor advertising business based in Delhi NCR. We help brands plan, negotiate and execute outdoor advertising campaigns across billboards, unipoles, LED screens, metro panels, lift branding and other outdoor sites. You can reach us at contact@babamediagroup.com.
By using the site, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or listing an inventory site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and, if acting on behalf of a company, authorised to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Daily movement, OOH exposure, monthly exposure, audience segments and other figures shown on listing pages are modelled estimates derived from the site location, road context, media format and nearby public map places. They are not measured or audited counts. Actual results depend on creative, seasonality, weather and other factors. Use these estimates to compare options; do not rely on them as a performance guarantee.
Listed prices are indicative media rental references, not minimum prices or guaranteed rates. Final availability, dates, rental, printing, mounting, taxes and campaign scope are confirmed only in a written quotation from us. Rates can change in festive periods and around high demand dates such as Diwali. A booking is confirmed only when we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and the agreed advance.
Payments are due as set out in your quotation. All amounts are in Indian rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Late payments may attract interest and can pause or cancel a campaign.
Once a site is booked and printing starts, printing and mounting costs are non refundable. Rental cancellations follow the terms in your quotation, which depend on how much notice is given before the campaign start date. We will always try to be reasonable, but many outdoor sites are booked in advance and the underlying media owner has their own cancellation rules.
You are responsible for the artwork, creatives, photos, and text you upload or approve. You confirm that you own or have permission to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights, do not break the law, and do not violate any local advertising rules. We may refuse or take down content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, obscene, or otherwise unsuitable for public outdoor display.
If you list an outdoor site, you confirm you own it or are authorised to market it. You agree to keep availability, pricing and site condition up to date. We review new listings before publication and can remove listings that no longer meet our standards.
You agree not to scrape the site, submit fake enquiries, attack our infrastructure, impersonate anyone, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
The site, our logo and the software we build are owned by Baba Media Group. You may use them only as needed to use the service. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of running your campaign.
Many campaigns involve third party media owners, printers and mounters. We coordinate them on your behalf but their sites, licences and workmanship remain their own. Where a third party fails to deliver, our liability is limited to what we can recover from them and to what is set out below.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the campaign in question in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of brand reputation.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your creative, your representations to us, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to signed in users by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
