Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about planning, booking and tracking outdoor advertising with Baba Media Group in Delhi NCR. Still stuck? Use the chat button or send us an enquiry.

Getting started

What does Baba Media Group do?

We are an outdoor advertising marketplace for Delhi NCR, run by an established media agency. We help brands discover the right hoardings, unipoles, LED screens and other media, understand who each site reaches, negotiate a fair rate, and see live proof once the campaign is running.

Who are Baba Media Group, and why can I trust you?

Baba Media Group is an INS accredited advertising agency, accredited by the Indian Newspaper Society, founded by BK Singla with more than twenty five years in the media industry. We started as a newspaper booking centre and now plan and buy across newspaper, television, radio, outdoor, transit and digital. Unlike a plain listing site, we stay your execution partner from enquiry to proof of display.

Which areas do you cover?

We are focused on Delhi NCR for now, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. We are expanding and will update coverage here as new regions come online.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. You can search sites and read every listing without signing in. You only need an account to send an enquiry, save a shortlist or track a live campaign.

Who can use the platform?

Three kinds of people: advertisers who want to book media, media owners who want to list their sites, and our own team who verify listings and manage bookings. You choose advertiser or media owner when you sign up.

Pricing and quotations

Why do you not show a fixed price on each site?

Outdoor rates move with location, season, duration and availability, and we negotiate with each media owner and contractor before we commit. So we show an indicative starting figure to help you compare, and share the firm price in a quotation built around your exact dates and requirements.

What does the starting from figure mean?

It is an indicative monthly rental to help you shortlist. Your final quote can differ once we confirm availability, the exact duration and any printing or mounting you need.

What is included in a quotation?

A clear, itemised quote covering media rental for your dates, plus printing and mounting if you need them. No hidden charges. You approve it before anything is booked.

How do I get a quotation?

Open any site, send an enquiry with your brief and preferred dates, and our team checks availability and shares a quote. There is no charge to ask.

How do payments work?

Once you accept a quotation, our team confirms the booking and shares payment details on the invoice. Terms are set out clearly before you commit.

Choosing a site

What data do you show for each site?

Each listing carries estimated daily footfall, daily impressions, the media type and size, whether it is illuminated, the facing direction, nearby landmarks and the audience niches it suits, so you can compare on merit.

How reliable are the footfall and impression numbers?

They are careful estimates, not exact counts. We base them on the road tier, the location and the media type, and every figure carries a short note on how it was derived. Use them to compare sites fairly, not as a guaranteed headcount.

How do I search across locations, not just a city?

Start typing an area, landmark, metro station, pincode or city in the search box, for example Cyber Hub Gurugram, Rajiv Chowk or 110001. Pick a suggestion and we show the hoardings nearby, sorted by distance, with a slider to widen or narrow the radius. You can also use the near me option to find sites close to where you are, then filter by format, budget, footfall and niche.

What are niches and how do they help?

Niches describe the kind of advertiser a site tends to work well for, such as real estate, retail and fashion, or education. They are derived from the site location, media type and audience, so you can filter to sites that fit your category.

What is the difference between a unipole, a gantry and a billboard?

A billboard is a large roadside board. A unipole is a single tall pole holding one panel. A gantry sits on a beam that spans across a road. Our journal has a plain guide to every format if you want more detail.

Booking and campaigns

How does a campaign come together?

Four steps: discover a shortlist, send an enquiry, accept the quotation, then we mount the media and track it. You do not create the campaign yourself. Once you accept a quote, our team sets it up and it appears in your account.

Can I track my campaign once it is live?

Yes. Every campaign has a live timeline with geo tagged proof photos, from mounting through to takedown, that you can share with your team in one click.

Do you help with design and printing?

We do. Hand us finished artwork, or ask our team to design and print the flex for you. It can be included in your quotation.

Can I share a site or campaign with a colleague?

Yes. Every site and campaign has its own link with a stable ID, so you can copy and paste it or use the share button to send it to anyone.

For media owners

How do I list my site?

Create a Media Owner account, add your site with its location, media type, size and photos, and submit it. You attach photos straight from your phone or computer and we host them for you. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live to keep quality high.

How does the audience data get filled in?

You provide the basics and our tools help estimate footfall, impressions and suitable niches from the location and media type. You can review and adjust before submitting.

Can I edit a listing after it is live?

Yes. You can update your own listings at any time. Edits go back for a quick review so buyers always see accurate details. You can only edit your own sites, not another owner's.

Do I handle pricing and talk to buyers myself?

No. When an advertiser is interested, the enquiry shows up on your dashboard so you can see the demand, but our team handles the pricing and negotiation on your behalf. We contact you if we need to confirm availability or site details before we quote.

What happens after I submit a site?

Our team checks the details and either approves it, asks for a change with a reason, or suspends it if something is off. You can see the status of each of your sites in your account.

Trust and support

Are the sites and media owners verified?

Yes. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and we verify media owners so you are dealing with genuine inventory.

Is my data safe?

We use standard, well established security practices and only ask for the information we need to run your booking.
