Baba Media Group is an outdoor advertising business based in Delhi NCR. We operate the website ooh.babamediagroup.com to help brands plan and book outdoor advertising sites such as billboards, unipoles, LED screens, metro panels and lift branding. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us. Name, email, phone, company and campaign details when you sign in, request a media plan, submit an enquiry or list an inventory site.
• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Campaign and enquiry data. The messages, budgets, dates and locations you share with us as part of a quotation or campaign.
• Uploaded content. Photos, artwork and site details media owners upload for approval.
• Technical and usage data. IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and referral URL, collected through server logs and cookies to keep the site secure and reliable.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, share quotations, coordinate site owners and run your campaign.
• To operate your account, save your plan and wishlist, and let you review your campaigns.
• To improve the site, our audience estimates, media owner tools and customer support.
• To send transactional emails about your enquiries, campaigns and account. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• To meet legal, tax and audit obligations under Indian law.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the Cloudflare Turnstile captcha that protects our forms from spam. We do not run advertising cookies or third party retargeting pixels on this site today. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host the site, store your photos and send email on our behalf (currently AWS, Cloudflare, Supabase and OpenRouter). They process data on our instructions under written agreements.
• Media owners and contractors we introduce to you as part of executing your campaign. We share only what is needed to fulfil the campaign.
• Authorities when required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

Where your data is stored

Our servers and databases are hosted with AWS in the United States and with our Supabase Postgres instance. Cloudflare R2 stores images. When you access the service from India, your data is transferred to these providers under standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep account, enquiry and campaign records for as long as your account is active, and after that only as long as needed to meet legal, tax or audit requirements. You can ask us to close your account and delete your information at any time by writing to contact@babamediagroup.com.

Your choices and rights

• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is out of date or wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account and information, subject to legal retention limits.
• Withdraw consent for any optional processing at any time.

We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.

Children

This service is intended for business users. It is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, encrypted database connections, hashed admin secrets and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. If you notice a vulnerability, please write to contact@babamediagroup.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify signed in users by email.
